ARP Heating & Air Conditioning

Thanks ARP ! no A/C at the home but ARP quoted, got in on order and installed !

I've used ARP heating and cooling for years. The entire crew and office staff are as good as they get. They are always on time and call ahead to confirm. They are respectful while working in or outside my home. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Highly recommend. Everyone - Andy, the office staff, the technicians - is courteous, conscientious, efficient, fair, and professional. They go over and above with customer service, especially during these pandemic times, when goods and services are so tough to come by.

My electric water heater started leaking and they were able to replace the very next day. The owner worked with me on the price and I was very satisfied with their service.

Heater shut off in the dead of winter. Called ARP because their tag was on the boiler for its last service call. Their very rude and condescending tech attempted to take advantage of the situation by claiming the boiler needed replaced. I specifically asked if it could be cleaned, repaired, or otherwise made to run without replacement. Their tech assured me not.

They quoted a new, decidedly low-end boiler: $6k. I called for (2) other opinions. First competitor indicated the boiler could be repaired via a part replacement, second indicated the boiler could be cleaned. I also got quotes for a new boiler from both. Both quotes came in over 40% lower than ARP's boiler quote ($4.3k and $4.2k respectively) for the same model boiler quoted by ARP. I understand business costs very well, but a greater than 40% price difference stinks of dishonesty.

Ultimately I went with the cleaning ($200 vs $6k? no brainer). The boiler was up and running the next day vs the week lead time ARP quoted me for their replacement boiler.

Steer clear of this company unless you enjoy being ripped off. Their techs are dishonest and rude, and the service is substandard at best. Furthermore, I find it entirely reprehensible that a business would leave a family without heat in the dead of winter (8 degree weather) in the hopes of gouging them for replacing a heating unit that is perfectly functional. When greed drives the business model, customers are better served elsewhere.

Andy and his team did a wonderful job with our new AC unit and New tankless water system!! Andy took his time and answered all our questions and talked us thru EVERYTING. The installation team was great and again answered ALL our question THAnks Andy

They installed a generator for us last year. Power surge on July 3rd caused an issue with the generator. It was running because transfer switch tripped & inside wires were burned up. I called on July 4th at 6:40 AM & the owner of the company answered my call then came out two times on the holiday to fix our generator & ensure we wouldn’t be without power in case of a storm over weekend. Great service!

A demo was performed on the existing AC and Furnace and new systems installed and running in 2 days in my 2nd story Condo. First Class, Professional business. Thank You Andy for everything!!!
