ARP Heating & Air Conditioning

Had a new Furnace installed today (want to mention our current furnace is 35 years old!). What a great experience all around! Everyone was above nice, knowledgeable, fair and honest. Joe - initially inspecting the Furnace & AC. Chuck & Justin installing our new Furnace today. Diane who I talked with a few times, so nice! And Andy the President, great company! You will definitely be our go-to for our Heating & Air Conditioning needs. Thank you for peace of mind!!

I had Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system installed and so glad I went with ARP Heating & Air Conditioning as the Diamond installer. Had an issue with one of the units and Andy and staff fought to have it replaced. Mitsubishi after many phone calls replaced the unit under warranty and ARP installed it as soon as the unit was received. The crew installed the whole system that looked great no mess and so knowledgeable about the system. I can't thank them enough for such quality knowledge and service! Every member of the staff was so professional. Thanks to Andy and his staff!

I want to thank Andy and his staff for being understanding and cooperative, with my situation. I was having my home waterproofed, so the front yard looked like a war zone. I made sure ARP was kept in the loop as to what was going on and if I needed anything. When the time came for the installation of my furnace and ac system, his guys were very professional. They did most of the work on Friday before the July 4th holiday and had ac. They finished up on Tues the 6th. If anyone needs a recommendation for furnace, ac or other HVAC work without hesitation I will say "Call ARP' Thanks Andy

We had the best possible experience with ARP and will definitely be lifelong customers. We needed to replace our air conditioning unit the week of the 90 degree consistent weather and Andy and his team were extremely responsive. They were very helpful, fair, respectful, and went out of their way to make things easy for us by communicating with us every step of the way. Andy personally called us after the install to check on the new unit. I am so happy we found ARP and would highly recommend them.

The guys were polite & professional. I had a new furnace & hot water tank installed, it was listed as a 1 1/2 day job, they had us up & running by dinner time the same day. I would highly recommend this company!

We called ARP and they were able to come out next day and fix our condensation pump on our AC unit. We had Tony. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Replaced the pump for us and added an outlet to the unit in about an hour and a half. Cost was very reasonable as well.

I have used ARP for 20+ years, installed 2 furnaces, 2 ACs, and 1 water heater. Highly recommended, and i will keep using them.

These guys are great! My 27 year old furnace died right after Christmas. They came out immediately to try and help. The first time they didn't have the part needed to do the repair so they did not charge me for the visit. They came out the next day and we discovered the part was no longer made. They got the old furnace running until it could be replaced, again no charge. The technicians were very professional and polite. During the installation they showed up when they said they said they would and were very neat, and respectful of my home. The owner personally came to check on the installation. The owner was understanding and very helpful as was his office staff. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will be a customer for life.

Can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s employees!
Have been doing business with them since 2017, when they replaced one of our 2 original Carrier units from 1992
On afternoon of July 3rd this year, the second unit from 1992 stopped working
His office staff were helpful in talking us through measures we could try until they could make it out.
Despite a heat wave and a heavy work load, Andy made it out first thing on July 4 th
