Jack K came out talked me through everything. He was SOOOOOOOO NICE. He didn't try to sell me anything, he was very honest, knowledgeable and great communicator.

Jack came out, figured out the issue and contacted me land lord the separate times to get permission to fix items. He immediately submitted a quote for the land lord to approve. Very polite and respectable with me. Couldn't ask for any better!
