    Good luck getting in touch with them on a weekend if they forget to forward their phones.

    Edit: I'll leave the review as it stands but add, they went above and beyond to make it up to me. That's what really matters, how they responded to the mistake.

    I had a wonderful experience with webber they are honest and found out why my air-conditioning unit wasn't working properly it was a wire not connected thanks to their honesty they could have charged more than the service call so if you don't want to get ripped off call webber heating and cooling

    Jerry and his boss helped me choose a capacitor to replace on my air conditioning unit. They seemed to genuinely care that I got the right part and installed it properly.

    Very helpful. Had the part we needed. Thank you for your assistance. Husband is an electrician and knows how to fix things but after calling numerous places we couldn’t find anyone that would see to the public. Thankfully Mr Webber does! Instead of buying on Amazon- shop local!

    We completely remodeled a house which led to heat runs and cold air returns being in the completely wrong places. I called randy who came out the very next day. He came up with a plan to save as much of our existing as possible and a plan to run the new stuff necessary. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t ask for. The guys came out and did the work professionally and were super friendly! I couldn’t be happier with what we received! I would highly recommend them.

    One of the rudest people I've spoken to in a long time. I ask the man what the voltage level should be off of a flame sensor to "my" furnace. He puts me on hold forever, finally comes back 31 70 he says. I'm like what do you mean? He said that's the price of the part that you asked for. I told him I didn't ask him for the price of the part but the voltage level used by the part. He said I should test mine, I told him that's not going to do me much good if mine is broken now would it? He refused to tell me the information I was asking for & insisted I could just google my serial # to get the part in question. I would NEVER do business with a person who wasn't raised right.

    Came home from work on July 3rd to find that my AC wasn't working. Called around several parts stores with no answer due to observation of the holiday and decided to try one more place. To my surprise, the owner of this business answered my call even though they were closed for the day. Rather than tell me that he was closed and call back during business hours, he agreed to let me come over to the shop and buy the part that I needed since he was there doing paperwork and would be around for an hour or so. He said that if this part didn't work to fix my problem then I would need a fan. I ran home installed the part and indeed I needed a fan. So again I called and was offered great service and allowed to return and buy a fan. He walked me through the install and saved me $100's of dollars vs calling a heating and cooling company out on a very hot holiday weekend. Thanks for going above and beyond. This type of great service is not very common anymore!

    First of all one star is too many. I am very upset with these people. We called them on Saturday 1.5.19 for repairs on our heat. They were to come out Monday 1.7.19, and they did, BUT didnt have the parts to "fix" our problem. What a/c -heat company doesnt have parts to fix what they are licensed to do. So had to order and take a couple of days. So then my husband was told you are first on the list on Thursday morning, 1.10.19 between 8 and 10. Mind you the weather is getting colder, highs in the 30's and they, John, got here at 1:45 p.m. Not only did we get charged an arm and leg BUT he burned holes, 5 of them, with his tools in our carpet that is less than a year old. So furious is to say the least. I'm calling them about this and this same information will be posted on Facebook for others to see and not use them. As well as the pictures of the bill and the burnt holes in my carpet.

    I went out to Webber looking to purchase a part for my gas furnace, and Mr. Webber talked me out of purchasing said part, rather walked me through a couple of alternative options to troubleshoot, and he was right! I will definitely think of Webber first for any furnace needs that I may have in the future. Thank you!
