Hi Point installed two heating and AC units in our home and we couldn't be happier with an all electric bill each month in the 90s, and sometimes just over $100. The installers are super to keep looking for exactly what is best for the customers and the install was super clean and professional.

AC went out overnight and I called numerous places the next morning. Left voicemails at all of them. High Point called me back within a few minutes and was able to get someone to my house just a couple hours later. Friendly, prompt, and had my unit running within 10 minutes. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone! PS..... still haven’t heard back from any of the other places I called. ✌️
