Smylie team of Cody and Jerrel did an incredible very difficult job at our home installing 2 high velocity air conditioning systems. It was a lot of dirty work in cramped spaces and they always went the extra mile to ensure that the new system was as unobtrusive as they could make it be. They did an awesome job!!

Well about a month ago they came out to check some work that needed to be done mainly heating cooling and plumbing. They said they couldn't help me with plumbing ok cool. I had a guy (Ronnie) tell me he'll get me an estimate for a brand new hvac and furnace. Call back Thursday get their receptionist telling me Ronnie. Will call me back. It's Saturday and I've got no call back or an estimate. Don't waste your time I will take my business elsewhere. Should not take that long for an estimate much left no response. Terrible service

Smylie One repaired our humidifier, installed a new thermostat, and maintained our HVAC. Shout to the team for providing great, timely service for a reasonable price.

Installed a furnace for us in closing of house. Leaked water when AC on from day one where new furnace connects to duct. Furnace somehow was also disconnected from generator on install. I called and told them first summer and was told nothing they can do because it was not their duct. Clearly, it is because of new piping drainage and hook up but they would never be accountable. It now leaks massively. Actual owner Smylie seems very nice came out and rigged electric to furnace when power was out yet claimed it must of always not been connected to generator. He however seems to have very incompetent employees. Furthermore, we tried to use this company for plumbing and each time a guy comes out and then nothing. We have been told that guy quit so a new guy is needed. Stay far away from this company.
