Mikhail did a great job with our A/C tuneup. He even offered to come back to clean the outside coil because the water was shut off but luckily I was able to get it turned on so he could clean it.

Chris has come out many times. Chris is always on time and nice to talk to. It is great he comes out and makes sure we are set for winter and summer every year. He knows all the equipment and does a great job every time. This time he was training a new person which is great. Thank you for keeping us comfortable all year round.

Right on time (a few minutes early, actually) and was very professional and courteous. Let me know that at some point my igniter would need to be replaced, but it's working fine and with costs they way they are now, I can easily wait. No pushing for repairs or any services that weren't necessary, which is awesome.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. They are so responsive, every time I’ve called, a tech is over within the hour - even on a Saturday night. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. My AC recently broke, and it’s 80+ degrees outside. A tech came out on Sunday to look over our system and then Steve Smylie himself came by on Monday, and fixed the problem. He gave me his business card and told me to call him later to make sure everything is still working right. He was so kind and helpful, I’ve never received such personal attention from any company before. I’ll always use Smylie One and recommend them to all of my friends & family!

This is my second time using Smylie One and I could not be more impressed. They've been quick to respond and extremely thorough with their assessment and recommendations. Their Technician, Dave, was simply fantastic - he was empathetic and creative with finding a way to keep the heat running over the weekend while we waited for the new parts and repairs on Monday morning. I was most impressed with how he followed up throughout the weekend ensure we were on track. He is as good as it gets!

We have an annual furnace check up with Smylie One. The serviceman was on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We have been their customers for many years and would not hire anyone else for our heating and air conditioning service.
