There was absolutely no pressure and provided very competitive pricing. Demetrius and John were here for 2 days and did a wonderful job; even helped me program my new thermostat. The service tech Steve was very efficient and explained himself as he was working. He communicated the work he was doing effectively and made it easy to understand.

Steve, arrived early and replaced our air filter. He identified a capacitor that was below spec but still working OK. He wore shoe covers and took about 45 minutes to complete the preventative inspection. I would definitely like to have Steve return if there was ever a problem with the HVAC.

The company exceeded my expectations in great customer service. The company was timely in responding to the problems I was having with my Navien water system. I have tried other companies on Navien's list of recommended vendors over the past seven years, but the tech took the time to explain the potential problem and the troubleshooting options. If there is a need for a plumber for your Navien water tankless system, I highly recommend Smylie.

Our house was built in the 50's. We had an old galvanized drain pipe from our kitchen sink to the basement. Over the years standing water in the pipe (it was pitched the wrong direction) caused it to completely rust through. This caused sink waste to literally drain into our finished bathroom in the basement. We had to tear out the basement bathroom to get to the drain pipe. Called Smylie One and they promptly sent out Dwight to take a look at replacing the pipe. He gave us a very fair price and scheduled the time to come back out and fix it. Dwight had to cut into the soffit under the kitchen to access the rusted pipe. Dwight cut out all of the rusted pipe and replaced it with PVC. My suggestion to anyone with a house build in the 50's is to check your drain pipes for rust and think about replacing them with PVC. It's not if, but when the galvanized pipe will rust through. I have attached a picture of the rusted pipe. Great job Dwight & Smylie One!

Smylie One did a full install of a new AC unit and new furnace. The team was here for two days. They were clean, courteous, and professional. One of the guys even stayed late to make sure our AC was running before he left for the night (prior to the job being completed.)

We went with Smylie because they were straight with us when it came to prices and the project. Other companies tried to sell us packages or things we didn't need. Their quote fell middle tier to the three we received.

They are busy! It took about 4 weeks for install.
