Had a complete system install along with a tankless water heater. The electrical plug was a disaster and had to be replaced, box and all and this was for the water heater, everything now is properly grounded and fixed, on the furnace there was 2 gas leaks developed. These were located and repaired along with rerouted the furnace gas line. This line is now out of the way so no one can bump their head. Greg also took the time to get the new A/C up and operational . All in all very satisfied with Mitchels one hour HVAC. They definitely stand behind their work. Had NO problem getting these couple issues fixed. Thanks Greg for fixing and answering all my questions and issues. This install was 3/23. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks , John

If you need to have HVAC worked on or serviced, call One Hour. Can’t say enough good things about them. Parts on truck, show up when they say, very knowledgeable. Ask for Robert. He solved the problem and is extremely knowledgeable.

I receive calls twice a year to remind me my plan includes maintenance. Their schedules offer a variety of appointment times. Techs are always professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

Chris was on time and promptly got to work. He kept me appraised of what was needed and what should be done in the near future. Our A/C unit is old and we set up an appt to discuss the estimate for a new unit which he helped me schedule prior to his departure.

Same day estimate and repair. All 3 of the service personnel were knowledgeable with my heating system. They were nice, polite, very considerate of my home, and did my repair in a timely manner. Overall great experience with my 1st time using this Company. I will definitely use them again when I need heating service.
