Chris was amazing! We called him on a Sunday afternoon with an AC issue and he was in our driveway with 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend Legacy for overwhelming customer service.

We were leaving for vacation the next day and they responded to our call that day and just within a few hours our furnace was repaired and working . AC went out on a super hot day right before one of the hottest weekends of the year. Didn't realize until after business hours. Called anyways, hoping to maybe get a voicemail, but got a real person. He said he could come out right away. 15 minutes later he was here, 15 minutes after that we had our air working again. Price was very reasonable, especially considering it was after business hours on a Friday evening. The technician was very friendly and very competent. Will definitely do business with them again, and if you live in Pickaway county area you should too.

Chris was great my air conditioner went out on a really hot day he came the day I called and found the problem in just a few minutes. And the cost was very reasonable. Will use him again.

Very happy with the prompt service - a bad induction motor was replaced on our heat pump a day after we spoke on the phone. Chris was friendly and accomodating - will use him in the future if we have a HVAC issue

I realized my furnace was broken around 6pm in the middle of winter. The house was below freezing and Legacy Heating and Cooling not only made time to come out within 2 hours, but they also were able to temporarily fix the furnace until the right part came. I would recommend them to anyone

This team did a great job. I had a new AC and new ventilation installed. They did quality work and fast. I then had them install a HVAC mini split unit in my garage. Great work.
