Chris and his team were awesome they installed a new heating and central air system for us. Very professional friendly and they were all very knowledgeable would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again if needed. Thanks guys for your great service.

These folks are fantastic! They replaced our broken heat pump. It wasn't cheap, but the price was fair, they have financing, they were honest, fast, and did exactly what they said they would do. One of the best companies we have ever dealt with. We can heartily recommend them!

Amazingly detailed explanation of work and estimate. On time with a team of three and only took a half of day to replace both the A/C and furnace. Great prices on the best equipment (Carrier) and incredibly friendly customer service. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Chris, and his team did a great job. Came out on a Sunday a few hours after our call. Talked about our options and then installed the new system in just a few days. He showed up with two others and made fast work of the the entire install. His team was friendly and did not mind two dogs carefully watching their every move. They showed respect and were courteous and took extra care evertime they had to come in and out of the house.
They left the inside of the house and outside work site clean of debris and took all the debriswith them. Recommend and trust them for a repair or a whole new system

Excellent customer service on the phone and very considerate while I explained the issue that I was having with my air conditioner.
They arrived within a half hour of me calling, they diagnosed the problem and said, it was unfortunate that my part they didn't have on hand but they would have the part in the morning. They returned as promised the next day and installed the part before 9am.
Let me mention they are Christian owned business, with a heart of gold.

It's hard to find good quality customer service anymore. Legacy Heating and Cooling was a dream to work with! We had an air handler that needed removed and reinstalled. I called mid-day and they were at my home that evening (after hours). They bid the job at almost 1/3 of what some of the other companies wanted and completed the work within 2 days (we had to do some repairs of our own before they could come back and re-set the unit for us). My husband said "they know their stuff"....and he's not easy to please when it comes to home repairs. Now if they could just do carpet, plumbing, electrical, car repairs.... :)

We came across Legacy Heating and Cooling when the gentleman we used in the past retired. Honestly I have been blown away with the service we have received from Legacy, Chris and Strickler are very professional and take the time to explain things to you. We were experiencing an issue with our heat pump and Legacy had us covered and back up and running within an hour of my phone call to them.
