Legacy Heating and Cooling

This company claims that they treat every one like family and they lived up to their word! Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the first person we talked to on the phone to the technician who came to our house. A huge double bonus was the cost was not only competitive to other companies we called but by far more economical! I will always call them for my needs and would encourage you to call them too!

Brian Zirkle was friendly and informative. He took the time to answer all questions I had. Never once did I feel like he was trying to rush out the door. This was a very different experience from what I’ve had with other heating and cooling companies. I will recommend to others and continue to use in the future.

This is the second year I've contracted with them for my yearly furnace/AC checks and clean outs. The price is great and the quality of their work has been professional each time. They are quick to add me to the list and showed up just 2 days after I called this week - called me 45 minutes before arriving and was on time. I recommended them to my daughter and her family and to many others over the last two years. Wonderful company.

We woke up Sunday morning on February 13. It was 61 degrees in our house. We called Legacy.
They are friendly and professional. And also very affordable.
After they fixed the issues with our furnace, he stayed around to ensure that everything was running fine. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

New system installed this spring. Don't know why I didn't do this years ago. My A.C. bill was down over 50% avg. and I ran it 2⁰ cooler! Looking forward to see what my savings are when I switch to heat!

Legacy came highly recommended to us and we would HIGHLY recommend them. They are very friendly, efficient, and professional. They came to check our furnace early this morning and were here within 20 minutes of me calling. Their response time shows they care! When it's 7 degrees outside and your furnace isn't working they get there fast! Anyway, it wasn't the furnace it was our propane tank. Legacy installed our furnace and it's working great!

This company represents high quality and pride in their work. Chris took the time to educate myself on all the work he was doing for me as well as providing tips on what to look for in my systems he installed. I feel very confident in taking care of my heating and cooling system after spending time around Chris and his staff. Very responsive and quick to act when you have a major problem concerning your HVAC system. Chris is well rounded and understands a lot about different kinds of construction which I believe helps separate him from other folks in the industry. This is a great company. The technician was thorough in explaining the different options and helped me to make an informed choice for the unit I was purchasing. The crew was clean and thorough. I would highly recommend Legacy to everyone! Legacy had been out about 2 weeks prior for my ac not cooling very well. When I was having a similar problem Chris came out the very next day. Because he said the problem should have been caught the first time, he did not charge me a service fee! That was very honest of him to say! He even topped off my Freon! Chris was very explanatory of what he was doing, very well priced, friendly, courteous, honest, responsible, and professional! I had the same experience when Strickler came out two weeks prior! I will use this company exclusively from here on out!
