I had an emergency issue with my HVAC and Ron came promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it completely at a fair price. He was extremely polite, professional and very detail oriented. I could not be happier with the service I received, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I thought with the name Bryant that they were an authorized Bryant service vendor. This is not the case. The tech came out to fix my furnace and were here a whopping 15 minutes. He charged me $286 to replace a switch and there were no details on the receipt at all; I didn't even know his name,

Five days later, my furnace is broken again. I have called numerous times over the past four days and have gotten no response from them. I have called Bryant Customer Service and opened a case against them and called another company (authorized by Bryant) to repair my furnace.

I would NOT recommend this company!

I’ve used Bryant heating and cooling twice in the last month. The first time they came was for a preseason check on my furnace in October. Very prompt and professional.

This morning when I got up my house was cool and I could tell it wasn’t heating correctly. I called the owner @8 o’clock by 9 o’clock he was here and found the problem in the thermostat very quickly.

Ron came out to look at my HVAC and to possibly zone the system. One of the things that was pointed out was I need a steam humidifier. I agreed the system was ordered and he came back to install the system.

We spoke again about zoning and what steps needed to be taken. I said great I will get back to him to set up the appointment. He indicated he would need to order a smoke bomb to better decipher where the ducts were running. I wanted to do it in the spring so we air the house out more quickly.

Springtime came set up the appointment. Appointment day came. Called to get an idea what time. He told me afternoon. I said great I needed to run a few errands. He asked me to call him when I got back in. I did. I think it went right to voice mail. Waited all day no show no more phone calls. Called again would never answer my call nor return it.

This winter comes along and I have my winter service completed and it’s pointed out the humidifier is installed incorrectly. We live in a large home and when Ron installed it he installed it on a 110 circuit which would not produce enough steam for what we needed. Spent an additional 800.00 to fix how he installed it. The other company pointed in the manual that for our sq footage it need to be connected to a 220 circuit.

Ron seemed to be a nice guy. Not sure why he did what he did. If he did not want to zone the system say so. Don’t waste someone’s time. Not sure how anyone could say what he did to the humidifier was an oversight.

The Team at Bryant Heating & Cooling helped us last year when the temps dipped below zero with the wind chill and got out furnace up and running in no time. When we had a new problem arise and our home warranty company requested additional information he was quick to respond with the necessary documentation and even walked me through a couple of things to help restore heat immediately. We know our furnace is 20 years old and will need replaced. When it is time we will be using Bryant Heating & Cooling. In this industry not all contractors subscribe to the same code of ethics that this team does.

HVAC was frozen.... called Bryant and received a prompt call back from Ron, who was at my door that afternoon. Very personable, fixed problem in 15 minutes... very reasonable price.
Bottom line, we have cold air... Highly recommend!
