The service from Lake Heating and Air Conditioning is excellent. They are all very responsive and professional. John and Ryan are knowledgeable, as well as friendly and kind, and are very good at what they do. I would recommend this company to all, including my family and friends.

There are two furnaces in our home and there were two thermostats that were interconnected for some stupid reason. In other words, they were both required to use the problem unit. This started causing problems and Tom basically re-engineered the wiring and solved an ongoing problem in like 20 minutes. He is a very resourceful EXPERT and I have heat in both halves of the house again! Very cost effective too.

I got a very quick appointment. Ryan arrived on time. He called to give me his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and had my A/C back up and running in minutes. Lakes is an honest company and everyone is very friendly. I will never use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

The tech was arrived earlier than expected.he called to let us know ; he was on his way. which was appreciated. He was kind,professional and even wore covers over his shoes before walking on my carpet. I highly recommend this company!

I am new to the area and shortly after moving into our new home, we learned the zone heating was not working. I received a couple of quotes. Lake's Heating was thorough and quoted us only for work that was required to repair the issue -- 75% less than another quote! The work was done scheduled and completed quickly -- all working great. Lakes Heating originally installed my HVAC system in 1992 when the house was built. I replaced the AC once and until now have had the same furnace for 28 years! Although it was still working i decided to get a new furnace. I got three quotes and Lakes was the least expensive by over $3000. The crew was friendly, helpful, respectful and did what i think is an awesome job. They even reused 2 of the zone controllers to save me money, saying, "when they break spend the money then." I couldn't have been more pleased. with every aspect of my experience with Lakes Heating.

I called Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning due to furnace not working. Within just a couple hours, a technician (Ryan) was at my house. He diagnosed the problem quickly and knew what part was needed. He didn't have the part on his truck, so he had to drive to a local supplier to get it. He wasn't gone long at all, and shortly thereafter, I was back in business! The price was fair and the service was GREAT! Highly recommend!!!

We had to call them for a repair because they installed our heated floors and the company we usually use said they didn’t want to mess with the system because it wasn’t installed to code. We told Lake the exact parts we needed and they still charged us for a service call on top of the repairs. When we bought the house, we also found Lake had installed a furnace incorrectly causing water to flow out into the water pan.

The best ever! Could have tried to rip us off like a few others we called. One said we needed a whole new unit, was not that old. Lakes came out fixed issue, very fair, honest, quick response, has evening and weekend phone operators...Friendly service and coupons can be used.
