Had NorthStar install kitchen sink waste piping. I was very glad they could come out the same day I called. The price was about what I would have expected for the job. They did the job quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.

Staff do not educate their clients well...the put a new wax seal on my toilet and then recommended that I have the floor replaced which required taking off the toilet and breaking that brand new wax seal...after I called they agreed that their staff need to communicate this better to their clients but only refunded me a portion of the wax seal cost, I feel that they have been in service long enough to know to educate their clients about this problem, will not be using them for future jobs.

The tech that came to our house was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave tips on how to prevent future issues. He was very personable and understanding. Fabulous service!

Ben with NorthStar Plumbing & Drain Cleaning came out this morning and gave a very reasonable quote on roughing in plumbing in my bathroom remodel and he even carved out time to do the job on the spot if I accepted the quote.
