I've used Wake Forest HVAC Company on several occasions. Mason was very helpful in properly diagnosing and correcting the issue. He was able to fix the issue in one visit. Because my system is older, he also helped me understand the options I have for a longer term solution. His prices were considerably lower than some of the larger HVAC repair companies in the area and he did not hard sell me on services I did not need. He was able to come out on short notice and is highly responsive when I contact him- always responding under 30 minutes. Mason is an honest businessman and his integrity as a businessman is beyond reproach. I will continue to hire WF HVAC Co. for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company.

Can’t say enough good things about Wake Forest Hvac company. They went above and beyond to conduct a speedy replacement for our aged system that began to fail. The urgency was particularly in light of the fact I have a pregnant wife at home and a hot home in August does not mesh well with that situation! I will be using and recommending this highly commendable small company to others for here on out.

Our heat went out during the night and it was 30 degrees outside. My husband called Mason and someone was right over first thing in the morning. Mason is fair, honest, affordable, and does a fantastic job.

Mason has fixed my different HVAC systems on two different occasions. I had a quote for a full replacement and didn't want to spend the money on that right now. He said he could fix it - where another company said it couldn't be done. He saved us tons of money, did a great job and even followed up to make sure all was working well. I highly recommend!!

We’ve used Wake Forest HVAC twice this winter to repair two separate units. Both times the work was done quickly and for a good price. No pushy sales tactics. They repaired what we needed very quickly. Would use them again without hesitating.

This company is by far the most responsive I have ever dealt with. Mason and the crew installed an kanheat pump and air handler in the attic. The price was fair and the work outstanding. They came back the next day to check the operation and all was good. On the way out the fixed our gas fireplace that was not working. No charge for the fireplace fix. They are the best!

When I punctured my home’s HVAC refrigerant line while hanging a shelf, I had a small disaster on my hands. The owner Mason (& Caleb) were over in less than an hour with gas tanks blowtorch & all... They were knowledgeable, affable, honest, calm, intelligent, patient, skilled, fair and professional. Yes they richly deserve all those adjectives and superlatives. And, they deserve your business.
