I’ve been working with Wake Forest HVAC Company for what seems like forever to get our “Frankenstein” HVAC replaced and they’ve been truly fantastic! Great communication, fair (when the initial problem couldn’t be fixed they didn’t charge me), on time, hardworking to make sure everything was in place, and professional. Highly recommend!

We had a mini split upstairs only 3 years old but builders quality. Upstairs was either humid, too cold or too hot. Mason suggested replacing with a quality unit. Installed using existing lines so no extra charge when other companies quoted replacing lines inside the walls. The new unit has solved all our upstairs problems. They are very professional and polite.

Mason, Cody, and Caleb were a real pleasure to work with. They were quick to come out to us when we needed them, knowledgeable in their diagnosis, and fair in their price to remedy the situation. They were also just generally nice guys and trustworthy. I am grateful I followed the recommendations of others and used Wake Forest HVAC company to help us out. Thanks again, guys!

Called Wake Forest HVAC for a second opinion and estimate after being shocked by the first quote when my AC suddenly stopped working. They came out within the hour on an extremely hot day, identified the problem, came in hundreds of dollars under the first quote, and were great to work with. Would absolutely recommend!
