Wall-Turner Heating Cooling Plumbing

We have used Wall-Turner since we bought a new American Standard a/c & furnace from them 20+ years ago. We’ve always had great service. I called to schedule a service for our a/c recently. The tech, Jonah was so helpful and taught me several things I can do to maintain our system.

I have been a Wall-Turner customer since 1990. I have consistently been pleased with the products that they have sold, installed and maintained. Their routine service is outstanding, and their emergency service has been always very responsive. Since August of 2017, the new unit has internet connectivity and they can now approach service issues remotely, having a great deal of information even before arriving at my house when there is a problem. I remain a happy customer.

We had an emergency and Scott came at 7:00 AM in the morning to respond to it. We are so very thankful for him and this company. My realtor recommended Wall Turner. I had an issue with lights flickering several months ago and couldn't easily detect the issue at first, so I recorded it and they sent another technician, Jason, who was able to detect and fix the issue. Jason is a great technician and is very thorough in his findings. Although, the issue wasn't detected the first time, I give them 5 stars for professionalism and persistence.
The receptionist calls you in advance to let you know the techs are on their way and service is prompt.

As a Realtor, I have used Wall Turner personally and referred them to make repairs and/or replace units for clients. They are reasonably priced, responsive and offer great customer service. I highly recommend them!

They cancelled my first appointment after I took the afternoon off to wait for them. They rescheduled it for a week later and showed up. Done quick. Great service once it was done. Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't had wasted my time and time off work for the first appointment.
