We got two brand new systems back in 2020. We had an issue with the downstairs unit that they had to come back to fix in Feb 2021. Took them a week to figure it out and fix. We just recently had an issue again with the downstairs system, but now they don't respond to any calls. I guess they don't want our business anymore. Do not recommend for residential, looks like they only work for businesses since we saw their truck recently at some apartments being built.
Around six years ago my wife and I built our forever home. Our contractor used Knight's Topline for all their HVAC work. Since the beginning our unit has not cooled properly. I have called Knight's several times to resolve this issue but each time I'm told that my unit is cooling properly. Our house has reached 80 degrees inside when the thermostat is set to 72. I have spoken to the owner (Greg) about this several times but he claims that my unit is cooling properly. I found a document where the Davidson county inspector signed off on a 3 ton unit for our house but Knight's put In a 2.5 ton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have given Knight's Topline ample opportunities to resolve this issue. I have been told my two separate companies that my compressor is bad in our unit and that would fix our cooling issue. On top of that Knight's never sent in our warranty info, so our unit is not longer under warranty!!! It's safe to say I won't ever use Knight's Topline again and will warn everyone I know about their business.
Woke up today with no A/C. I called a friend who owns an HVAC and couldn't get him. Called the neighbor who lives 3 houses down and left voicemail. Waited about 30 minutes and called these guys. Their business card was taped to my unit, left there by the previous house owner. Brandon made it out in around 2 hours from the time I called. Amazing. Very friendly and he quickly diagnosed my issue and resolved it while onsite. Also gave me some pointers. I'm really impressed and would recommend them to anyone.
Got a quote.. Was satisfied with Quote. Didn’t get any kind of paper work.. They had to come back twice.. still NO paper work. Didn’t finish job.. No filters. I wouldn’t recommend them for my enemy..

It was a big job, requiring removal of an old oil furnace and ducts, and installing a new dual fuel furnace and ducts. Each and every team member was professional in every way. The price was right, and my every need was met. These are good people, who are clearly trying to do a good job. I could not be more pleased.
