Have to agree with the other 5 star reviews. GREAT customer service; friendly, convenient and the part I got cost 75% less than what I found it for on Amazon (I know they are not a part store but still...) I'm hooked. Thank you all at D&L Parts for what you do and for being fo friendly : ) !!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love that they have inventory and model number lookup online, made it super easy to find the part I needed and they even retested the part I was replacing just to be certain it was the culprit. Definitely recommend.

Gail and all the Staff are Awesome.. If you need a part they can get it.. My Wife wanted a New Washer Machine But I said No and took it apart and went to D&L and they had all my parts..Friendly and Fast. Highly recommend this Business.

Love this place!!! The staff is awesome and so very helpful. When anything breaks, don't replace it, come here and buy your part and fix it! Great prices, and huge inventory. Love love love this place!!

Excellently stocked, friendly atmosphere and knowledgable staff. I went in with just a picture of the appliance and they were able to match me with the correct part (for half the price as other stores.) Will return for my next repair :)

Super friendly staff forget home depot and Lowe's for appliance parts especially if u are a DIY. Wonderful prices that knock big chain store down a peg or two. If u DIY this place needs to be at the top of ur contacts

I called for a drain pump for my wash machine and they quoted me over the phone. I went in and they ACTUALLY pulled it like I asked. I can't stand when I go in and people don't pull it like you ask. They did, they also gave me a discount on the part and caught me off guard and they said "Thank you for your business and we hope you come back!" I am very pleased!!!! This will be my go to from now on.

Got a new capacitor for my A/C unit. helpful on the phone so I didn't waste a trip and the price was awesome. Thanks a lot D & L! Will come back next time when this one wears out. :)
