Shawn was very nice and he knew what he was doing. He explained what was causing our air conditioning not to work and what he had to do to get it working again. He took time to talk to my husband on the phone so he would know what was going on. Even though he was burning up he worked with it until it was right. He was respectful of my home and knocked every time he came in. I truly recommend this company.
