Very very satisfied. Performed repairs on mini split heat pump system that other companies only wanted to replace. Went extra mile to get parts needed and explained every phase of his work. Very knowledgeable and courteous plus very fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

The first time we met Sergey was in the summer when we just bought our house, he fixed the AC system and installed new thermostats. He warned about possible problems with the system in the future (our heating system is 17 years old) When we started to use a heat, we got these issues, but Sergey was busy and we called another technician who “fixed” what was not broken and then stated that it was necessary change the whole system! I am incredibly glad that we asked Sergey to find time for us and he fixed our old system! I highly recommend him, he is a very competent specialist who loves his job!

Next Hvac was extremely helpful with replacing both my Hvac systems. They gave me options for my 20 yr old systems for both repair or replacing them, without any high pressure salesmanship. They worked the entire weekend, even in the rain to get the job done. They did many extra tasks without charging me. The big named companies would not have done as much. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
