My AC stopped working Tuesday evening and I called asking for help, not expecting anything until the next morning during business hours. Siarhai came right over and diagnosed the problem that same night. He proactively worked with the manufacturer to expedite the warranty process, got the part shipped, and had me back up and running! Excellent service and communication throughout the process! Highly recommend!!

Siarhei came out immediately after I called him in the morning, and diagnosed the issue quickly. After replacing the part my unit was working perfectly. Siarhei was fantastic! Our HVAC decided at 9:00pm that it was going to stop working. I submitted an online appointment request and was pleasantly surprised to immediately receive a call from Siarhei who said he would be able to come by in 10 minutes. Siarhei was able to explain the issue clearly, what the cause was, how to fix it and how to prevent it from reoccurring in the future. Serhei was professional, responsive and competent. He was pretty busy but still made time to repair an issue with our HVAC. He was competent in that he figured out the root cause of the issue. He explained the resolution and how much it would cost as well. I highly recommend him for resolving issues with your HVAC.
