The technician only looked at our unit and within five minutes told me he would not touch the part of the unit in the crawl space of my house. He said it wasn’t installed correctly. It’s been that way for 23 years since the house was built. Tell me the truth, the technician was heavyset and could not make it through the access door or the crawl space. Send someone capable of doing the work. Don’t waste my time.

I called before 8am and was told someone would be at my house between 10-12 . Got a call right before 10 letting me know he was on the way. In about 15 minutes I was told AC unit back up and good to go. Thank you for your quick response. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

I believe I only called about some work. But the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Although I haven't actually used their services. I would recommend them just by the call I had.
