I called Gentry Service Group to help me with a ventilation fan that was constantly running. Gentry sent out Albet and we're glad they did. He showed up right on time and was quickly able to diagnose the cause. As it turned out, there were several things that were causing the problem and he was able to get everything corrected and even changed our filter while he was there. My wife and I were pleased with his professional manner and were also pleased to benefit from his knowledge and ability that can only be acquired from years on the job. It's hard to find dependable service technicians these days that you can trust to come into your house and do the job right, and I will definately keep his card should we need his services again. In fact, I wouldn't think about calling anybody else!

I received fantastic service from everyone I worked with. In addition to that everyone was knowledgeable about the entire setup process, being able to explain my entire system upgrade and answer all my questions. Tony and his team did a clean installation and walked me through all the minutia of my equipment.

We’ve used Gentry for several years now for Maintenance. They are always professional, courteous and responsive. Recently, we worked with Justin to select our new HVAC system and had a great experience. Lee did a wonderful job on the install and was very friendly and courteous while he was in and out of our home.

Excellent experience! From beginning to end! We needed a complex ductless system with seven minisplits and three compressors. Justin came out and assessed the situation and put a plan in place. We had seen other systems with lots of exposed compressors and wires and pipes. We were assured that this would not be the case. All work was done on the back side of the house and compressors were placed under a deck where they are not visible at all. All pipes and wires are contained in neat plastic conduits that look like gutters. Good over all appearance considering what needed to be done! Communication was excellent before during and after. Crew showed up on time each day for the five day installation and cleaned up at the end of the day. We thought having construction in every room of the house would be disruptive, but it was surprisingly easy. Tony and Alex were the main installers and they were great! One day there were six total working on the job and another day four. All were friendly and professional. We have been living in the this home without central AC for 30 years. This system is wonderful. We didn't know how uncomfortable we were with the heat and humidity. We were concerned about noise. The interior units are super quiet... often can't tell that they are on. Much much quieter than window units or even typical central air. Likewise the compressors are super quiet as well. They are under the deck and we can't tell they are working even while sitting a few feet over three compressors! Overall great experience! Great communication. Great installation experience. Great product with everything as billed. Only good surprises. Thanks Gentry!
