We worked with Justin to get a split unit installed in my mother’s house. He was very professional and personable. This made my mom comfortable working with him because he had her best interest in mind. The guys installing the equipment were on time and did the job in two days. They were also very professional. Gentry should be proud to have such great employees. Two weeks after installation, Justin has reached out to my mother twice to make sure she is satisfied with the new unit. This shows that they value their customers!

Excellent work installing a Mitsubishi mini split in my home. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased.

My HVAC system went out. I called for service as I had heard good things. The repair to my system, which was very outdated and original to the structure I believe, made no sense given the age so I opted to purchase a new system and upgrade. The quote was easy and had several options including 18 month 0% financing. I chose the system and set a date. They arrived today. Promptly. Ready to go. I live in a townhouse and they had to go 5-6 units deep in the crawlspace to replace everything. If it were me, I’d have been in an obvious miserable mood. But these men were on point and had a friendly and pleasant demeanor throughout the day. They replaced the entire system faster than even they expected when we spoke when they arrived. Alex T. and Michael G. were the techs and they were knowledgeable and professional the day. Showed me how to work the new thermostat and answered questions I had that probably seem silly to most. From the service call through installation is was pretty effortless. Highly recommend these folks if you are in need of service.

Jordan and Joey did a great job installing 2 mini split heating/AC systems for me. They went to extra effort to make sure everything worked perfectly and looked as good as possible both inside and outside of the house. They were very thoughtful about where to place all the necessary outdoor components. They made an effort to understand my preferences and to keep me informed throughout the process. Shawn also was extremely helpful in presenting me with all my options and helping me to make the best decisions for my home. He checked in during installation to make sure everything was going well and according to plan. I would definitely use this company again.

We were very impressed with the two young men, Alex C. and Stephen who did our install. They were extremely professional, thoughtful and worked diligently all day. We were very impressed. They also cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience with Gentry from Justin, who sold us the system, to Alex C and Stephen left us knowing we would recommend Gentry to all our family and friends!

Had to update our old HVAC system at our residential residence recently. I got three quotes. Decided to go with Gentry because of the positive initial inspection from Keith. He can out and professionally and proficiently inspected what I needed. Very on time and open communication from the start. Got the quote that same day with three different options. I chose one that met our budget.

I was worried as we had no air of any kind for weeks and now got an install date originally for Oct. 27. Keith as promised said that if they had a earlier opening they would bump install date up. Which they did. By weeks even!

Install day came- the two young gentlemen came out on time ever talked about their plan and how long it would take them. They were professional and kept there work space clean and now we have air!

Chris called first, was on time, and very professional! He has done work for me before. Always allows me several options. I trust him completely and would not consider using anyone but Gentry! Old Army saying; "He walks on water, creates no waves, and leaves no trail!"

First, this is no refection on Tim, the person who handled the repair. Tim did a good job and answered all of my questions.

We picked Gentry Heating and Cooling to install our AC five years ago even though they were the highest cost of five bids we received. Installation was smooth, and I recommended Gentry to others due to the experience.

Then I had to call them for my most recent repair. There was no answer on my first call even though it was 11:00 a.m. Next, I was connected to a person and the call was dropped. When I finally had a service call scheduled, I was told the charge would be $89 (plus tax I assumed) and a $14 travel charge (even though gas has been dropping for two months). I agreed to the charges.

The problem was minor (a clogged pipe) and the total time was less than fifteen minutes. When I asked for the total, I was told in addition to the service call, and a travel charge, there would be a $50 diagnostic charge. Over $150 for 15 minutes work. Again, the service tech, Tim, was outstanding. Luckily, I remembered a $50 coupon from the Internet so the charge was reduced.

This is not the Gentry that earned my business when they did an outstanding job of installing my AC.
