We have been using Evans Air Services for years and I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. The technicians are polite, friendly, and highly competent. The office staff is excellent as well. It’s like calling a friend when making an appointment! I trust Evans Air Services completely.

My warranty gave me Evans Air Services info to fix my air. The technician was able to come out earlier than scheduled...which is great! He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. I will definitely use Evans Air Services again.

I was referred to Evans from my home warranty. This was the 3rd company to come to the house and they were finally able to complete the necessary repairs. We had developed a couple of holes that were due to vibration on a pack unit heat pump. Any freon had already escaped the unit. For them to charge me a recovery fee is just plain ridiculous. I paid it to get it fixed. It should be called a profit fee. We aren’t making money on the warranty so please pay a recovery fee so we can make money. How do I know this? Friends in the industry. $375 recovery fee. When I asked my friend what his company charges for something like this? $100. The 2nd technician that showed up for the actual repair needs some lessons in tact. It’s not ok to walk in a house without Knocking or ringing a doorbell. That’s not cool. I will say this, my heat pump is working and doing great......45 days after my initial claim with my home warranty...but that’s for another review!

Called because condenser fan was not working, was told they would have to order "special" parts. The parts were on the shelf at local hvac parts vendor I use all the time, but I still had to wait for parts to be ordered while my kids rooms were 90°+. Next day and rooms won't cool below 77° during the day, and this was not an issue before the repairs were made.

They did a great job of making sure that the multitude of issues that we faced were handled promptly and efficiently. The company called and made several visits to our residence to ensure that we were satisfied with their services. We have a Home Warranty Service contract with Sears and we specifically ask for Evans Air Services over other companies.

Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable of the issues that I was experiencing. He resolved my issue and explained the other issues that were found. I was very satisfied with the service.
