Tim was very informative and arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment. Enjoyed it!

I can’t make a total assessment, as Evans has to contact Cinch to get approval for the repairs. Yet so far, Mike has been very polite, answered all my questions and has been very thorough, explaining what is causing the problem and why. If we have any a/c problems in the future, I hope my warranty company sends Evans Air, and specifically, Mike. He seems to enjoy the work he does.

We were told that our heat strips needed to be replaced. The tech came by and diagnosed the problem that was totally different and had it up and running within minutes.

The technician was very adept at what he was doing. He was very patient and took time to check everything that could possibly be wrong. He was very kind and helpful and took patience to explain to me what was going on.

The technicians were on time snd were very polite. They fixed my problems and we have heat again. We are so appreciative of their work.

As is noted in several reviews the tech was extremely late and we did not receive a call. I had to call the emergency number to find out if they were coming. However... once Tim arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and really did help us to better understand our system. I will use them again!

Evans Air Services has taken great care of us for 7 years now! Owners Tim & Lisa are friendly, helpful & very professional. We had an old, out-of-date gas pack serviced and eventually replaced. The techs were professional and worked into the night to install the new unit. All staff has taken time to educated us (1st time home buyers). Now we are referring Evans to my grandparents who need a new HVAC. Lisa kindly offered window units to help keep them cool while we wait on install day.
