Evans Air Services, Inc

We used Evans Air Services to make sure we were in good condition on a new house. Tim came and inspected everything top to bottom and I was very happy with the work he did.
I will be using Evans in the future.

Archie was super nice, didn't have an issue with our large dog or our cats, came in and tested the air temps which the last company didn't do, checked the unit and found things not done by the last company to repair the same issue. Yes, he was about 30 minutes late getting here based on the time frame given, but having worked in public service before, that didn't bother me at all. The last company gave me the run around literally all day and never showed up after rescheduleing me the 1st appointment. So thankful for Evans Air Services. Hoping they can get my AC unit fixed.

Michael Adams was absolutely awesome. Best HVAC Tech have had in awhile other than Brian(also with Evans).
They are now my go to HVAC System guys.

Michael Adams was our tech guy and he was VERY helpful. He was patient to answer all my questions and was willing to crawl back under my house with me and show me the issues! Appreciate his kindness! Great guy!

I have waited for more than three weeks without air conditioning in our bedrooms. Today they called and insisted they couldn't get to me this week either because one single employee didn't show up to work. They want me to wait another four days! I wouldn't suggest anyone do business with this company.

I received a reply, supposedly from the owner, to my post from earlier today. That individual failed to mention that it is our bedrooms that don't have air and haven't had air for 6 weeks. They also forgot to mention that I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner was out of the office for the entire day. How did the owner even know of the complaint?
They forgot to mention that I had waited three weeks for them to return and repair the system. And they forgot to mention that they prioritized other customers that hadn't been without AC over my needs.

Instead they decided to focus on the fact I wasn't happy with their service and was supposedly rude. I was angry, but never used profanity. I did say that I suspect they deprioritized my service because I suspected they were servicing their customers over my service company. I still believe this is true. I also didn't say I was going to sue my landlord, but they do put their work out for bid and they do have a reputation for terrible service. This isn't the first time I have had difficulty with getting anything fixed, even something as important as AC when its 90 degrees in the bedrooms every day. I stand behind my post..

However, in retaliation for my post, this company has canceled the service call entirely. I still feel the same as I did this morning. I would not recommend this firm to anyone!

Brian was very professional and patient, I was on a call and patiently waited until my call was over and explained what he did to the unit and if I have any problems to call my warranty company back.

They installed our new AC unit. Both the outside and inside unit had to be replaced. It was a two day job since so much was involved. They stayed later on the 2nd day to finish up and have the air running. Put down tarps to walk on over the carpet and cleaned up everything really good.

After not having air for the past two months, we are more than happy and appreciate all the hard work that went into the job.

Archie did a great job of quickly identifying the issue with the furnace. And when a part wasn’t available he made a good workaround.

The folks at Evans were great. Deanna in the office was very helpful and responsive, and the service techs did a great job on the work. The city inspector had nothing but great things to say about the job they did. We expect to have some custom work done on our furnace to solve a filter issue, and we will be sure to go with Evans for that job, as well.

The tech arrived on time and went right to work completed the routine maintenance quickly but thoroughly..
Evans Air is great to work with. Both the techs and office staff are great!
