I put in a call with my Home Warranty company and they had Evans Air Services reach out to me. They scheduled the appt fast. Their technician , Archie came out and diagnosed the problem. He was very thorough and explained the repair to me. Great service! Will use them again without reservation. Thank you.

My issue isn't resolved yet, but I feel confident Archie and Brian made every effort and were thorough. They were kind, professional, and knowledgeable and showed a sincere concern for our well-being, without heat. Parts will be ordered, if possible. Otherwise, replacement will be needed. TBD

A service done by another provider had resulted in a wire getting screwed to a duct which resulted in a short to the Thermostat, frying the programmable Thermostat and disabling the system, we had neither cooling or heat or fan operation.

Bryan, expertly, ( I can say this having been in electronics repair for ten years of my career), troubleshooting the system revealed the problem and he repaired the short and replaced the thermostat, showed me how to use after confirming that both the heat and cooling were working.

We had three other companies come to fix our HVAC system a few years ago. Evans was the only one that actually fixed it and the charges were very reasonable. The service man came early within the range of time expected.
He identified himself with his Evans logos, badge. ( I would prefer that the Evans office staff would have phoned me just prior to his arrival).
I can tell that my system is working more smoothly and not quickly cutting on and off frequently!

Evans Air Service did repairs in March, 2022, and serviced for winter December, 2022, and installed a protection part flow switch and my tenants advised technicians had great knowledge of their job and outstanding customer service. I would not use anyone that my tenants not pleased with.

Installed a brand new system and have had nothing but problems. Heat keeps randomly shutting off. 5 service calls within the first year. Now they want to charge me to come look at it or say call the manufacturer. Nice people but clearly they don’t stand by their work.

My husband and I just bought our home in October and turned on the AC for the first time about 3 weeks ago to find it wasn't working. Put a notice into our Home warranty and they referred us to Evans. They were quick to come out and diagnose the problem immediately. They worked diligently with our Home warranty to get it fixed and got us our brand new unit installed yesterday. The technician was awesome, and worked into the evening to get the job completed. The craftmanship was amazing and my husband & I were so pleased with the outcome. I suffer from migraines, so them doing their best to see that this was completed in a timely manner is very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Evans and will always turn to them for any future needs that we may have. It just goes to show you that Family owned businesses are the only way to go. Scheduled for 8am, there at 8am. Came for preventative maintenance, checked what needed to be checked and recommended replacing a capacitor, but was up front that it was working fine but on its way out. The tech, Micheal, was professional, prompt, and concise. Would definitely recommend.
