Lisa in office was very nice & efficient. Mike Adams, the tech was awesome! He was very knowledgeable & went above & beyond! For the first time since I lost my husband 4 years ago, my heat is working properly b/c Mike took so much time checking everything! Heat downstairs is working great & I finally have heat In my bedroom. I highly recommend this company & especially Mike Adams.

2nd Visit: Technician was on time, considerate of my living room space, removed the equipment and took it outside for proper installation of the blower motor, returned and installed it in the furnace room, turned on my thermostat to test the installation and made sure everything worked, took time to explain how my thermostat works. 1st Visit: Request was submitted to AHS. Evans Air Services was dispatched. Technician was friendly, Professional and clearly explained what was wrong (blower motor went out) and what needed to be done, informed AHS and part was ordered, delivered next day, received a call from Evans Air Services to schedule time for installation and repair. Great customer service CJ👍🏿.

Archie did an amazing job with our heating system repair. He was quick and efficient! The company had someone sent out within 48 hours and the job was done within an hour. My family is able to stay in home for the first time since Christmas Eve ! It’s a great day!

Technician was on time, assessed the problem, but had to reschedule since the heat pump had not sufficiently thawed. The Technician indicated that the unit was low on Freon but it needed to be checked for a potentially slow leak. Very satisfied with this company on their initial service visit. On second visit service was again exceptional. Would highly recommend this company. The final visit by the technician, Archie G, gave me a sense of satisfaction since Archie was professional, courteous and reassuring. With hopes that the problem has been resolved I look forward to a warm house for the days ahead.

Excellent staff and diagnosis! I have had terrible experience getting a diagnosis and repair over last 4 months. Evans came in and not only found the problem but found a replacement part and installed extremely quickly. I am more than happy. I will be using them for all my future ac heating needs

Evans was hired through my Home Warranty. The Rep diagnosed the issue on the first visit, gave me a temporary fix until my new part arrived and then returned to complete the work. He was quick, courteous, professional and efficient.

The circuit board in our Goodman Furnace had a connection issue and was replaced. The 2nd visit was about 20 minutes start to finish. My Family will be warm for the Holidays.
