I spent $1000 for your guys to wash (using a hose) my outdoor compressor, check a couple of things, and replace capacitor, then tell me the unit is dead. But, I guess, the work was so unimportant, you said you would wave all those fees if I buy a new system from you. Ha! I did get a new system but from a good company, selling good products, and at a good price. Not a chance you get that job. Take the $1000 I paid and choke on it. You'll never see another dollar from me.

Zack and Joe were extremely helpful and professional. I appreciate them taking the time to explain what was going on and their knowledge. Will definitely ask for them when I need them.

Just had a great experience with Service Experts. Daniel McElveen and Todd came out and serviced my HVAC system. They were very thorough and made me aware of a possible issue that could arise in the near future because of a motor leaking fluid. No high pressure sales. Also got a quote on vent cleaning. Todd explained very clearly the process to be performed. Highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs.

Ricky is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with both of my HVAC units. When he finished servicing, replacing, & and cleaning everything, he set my thermostats back to where I had them. Thank you, Brian, for sending the best!

A great experience having Mustafa, Chandler and Terrance come by and perform maintenance. They located a potential issue that needed fixing and have us setup with a good peace of mind. It was very kind and informative interaction. I recommend using Service Experts due to these gentleman. They provided lots of knowledge a homeowner should have along with the maintenance!

Zack did the yearly maintenance on our heat and cooling system today. He was very polite and professional! He did a wonderful job and let me know everything was in good working order.

Richard came out today on an emergency call because of water dripping from the ceiling. He was extremely thorough and fixed the issue timely and kept me posted through the process. Cleanup was excellent and he did it all with politeness and a smile on his face.

Jim and Ricky did a great job with my service today. Both were really professional and nice to talk to as well. I would have them both to come back again for my next service.
