Ricky and Josh were quite thorough in our inspection and service. We have been Service Experts customers for 15 years. We always have good experiences, but this time was a step above!

Daniel M. kept me posted as he performed various system tests. He was thorough with his work. In addition, he was courteous to me and respectful of my property. I really appreciated his visit.

I was very impressed by the A/C repair service I received today from Technician Darlin and his apprentice Joseph of Coastal Service Experts. Darlin was highly professional, knowledgeable and truly concerned about customer satisfaction. They were very considerate and polite and very meticulous preforming their copper replacement ( line set ) task. I was very relieved to know I had two professionals working on my A/C unit problem and at the end of this extensive intricate service/repair I am very much a satisfied customer. Thank you to George and Na, technicians who did an excellent job with a service visit and a repair job. Very kind and professional and took the time to explain very thoroughly how the repair was completed. George closed up the crawlspace for me and locked it; an extra step he chose to do for us; which I appreciated because I always forget!

Daniel M checked out our system, explained his findings and made recommendations concerning our system.
I grilled him pretty good on a number of items, but to his credit, he expanded upon his findings and patiently answered to my satisfaction.

I have used Service Experts Heating & Airconditioning for 21 years. Today Damien, Richard and Ernest came out to service my air conditioner. Damien and Richard called ahead to let me know they were headed my way. Once here, they checked over the system to be sure everything was running properly and cleaned things as needed to be sure we were all set for the summer months. Ernest arrived toward the end of my appointment to check to see how we are doing with our unit and to see if we needed anything additional.

Martin was excellent and very patient with the old AC unit in our NCDOT building. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. Would definitely recommend Service Experts .

They always get the job done and the outcomes I want whether it’s service or replacing units. Zachary Massey just took great care of us today.
