Connor and Jordan did a great job with my A/C check! They were professional and knowledgeable. I signed up for a yearly membership.

It’s never fun to have your A/C bite the bullet on a Friday night on a hot weekend. Service Experts were the only people who picked up their phone and got out to me that night and by 9:30 am the next day had their team Installing a new system. And while they are definitely not the cheapest, I do appreciate their speedy availability and their teams (Will and Faustino) customer service on getting the job done well.

It is nice to deal with a company that values your business! Martin came out on short notice to get us going again. Very thorough and professional. Took the time to double check and make sure all was as it should be. These guys know their business. Thanks for the great service!

I was so happy with my experience with Service Experts! My hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. John Cade, Ryan Nilsen, & Matt Toups came to the rescue! These gentlemen were so kind, courteous and professional. They took their time and worked with such integrity! I felt like they genuinely cared about customer service and my property! Daniel and Brad showed up on time and called before to tell me that they were their way (thank you). They spent a decent time checking everything. What I really liked is that they made an objective reporting with pictures with what they identified as potentially problematic in the future without pushing for a sale. Now I know where the risk on my AC units are, and I know what it would cost.

The techs and customer service people are lovely and do their best. My issue with the company is that they overpromise and under deliver when scheduling appointments. They have never once successfully appear during the first appointment time. I always get a call saying sorry we’re not coming today after all we have to come tomorrow and that is very disappointing. It seems like big companies always so business like this. They fail to realize that most customers work full-time jobs and taking time off from work to wait on technicians is not an easy simple thing and it often means losing wages to wait for a technician who is never gonna show up. Everything else is top notch though.

Daniel M did a great job today and was very informative. He explained the issue thoroughly and made sure we were happy when he left.

Service experts gave the best customer service today. Zack serviced our AC unit this morning, and he took great care of us. He was very informative and explained everything he had to do before doing anything.

We have been using Service Experts for years for our HVAC needs. We used them recently to replace our gas hot water heater, and although the price was much higher than we expected to pay, the Tech, Ryan Nilsen, did a fantastic job. He was very professional, worked quickly and cleanly, and left no mess behind. He also told us about a great maintenance plan that is going to save us a lot of money to keep the hot water heater maintained and good working order.
