Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Today Tim came to the house for a regular system maintenance. He was excellent and very professional. He teach me about the difference between filters something super easy but nobody had taken the time to explain it to me, ajusted my thermostat and went above and beyond trying to answer a question that I had for years. I love this company. When they installed my system they were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They sold me a quality unit with 5 years maintenance free and so far its been 4 year with no issues. Highly recommend!

Joe B. and Daniel M. came by the house today and took care of a minor problem, then explained other options for me to consider for other Services. They were patient with me, and addressed all of my questions. Service Experts was represented very well by these two gentlemen. Ryan N. installed our new whole home water filtration system and demonstrated courteous behavior and outstanding expertise. He took his time to ensure the job was done correctly. Another fine representation for Service Experts!!!

As a contract customer of Service Experts I had them review my A/C system this spring because of a leak detected last summer. As a result of the technician's experience and his conversation with me, we were able to determine that my system did not need a costly repair that other technicians thought would be needed. A big thanks to Ricky Williams - more techs should learn from him.

As a first-timer with water heater issues, I really didn’t know what to expect. John C. came out same-day, gave a diagnosis, and worked out a next day replacement/install! The following day, Ryan N. came in at about 9:15 and had everything done by 12:30!

I couldn’t be happier with the service that Ryan and John provided and I certainly look forward to working with Service Experts in the future.

Martin was professional and kind. I like that Martin explained the process of what he was doing. He did not mine me watching over him and learning in the process. Martin saw that I had some wires in my attic that was incorrectly installed. He was able to fix it right away. I will try to asks for Martin to come next time.

Anna also came to tell me about advantage program. She was professional and kind.

My experience with service experts started out pretty rough and it was that way for over a year. Nothing much has changed as far as communication with supervisors and other people in the office who are in charge of scheduling things like inspections and services. The technicians on the other hand that come out have all been pretty great and very experienced. If you plan to use this company, please make sure you stay on top of everything and make sure you get reference numbers and the names of everyone that you speak with. Other than the little issues we've had we love both of our heating and air units we also got a new air handler and a new water heater from service experts and all have been working great

Daniel Brown came to assess our air flow and spent over an hour making sure we had the best air flow. He also adjusted and tweaked our settings to make it perfect! He was great, listened to my concerns and spent his time to get it right!

Peter and Jordan worked well with my husband and I to get new systems put in. Great help and good people to work with

Ricky Williams came and found out the problem with our system. The board was ordered to correct the problems. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the hvac system. He let us know the next steps and what to expect. Great worker

Daniel came out when our system failed. It was a very small problem and was corrected quickly. He was polite and helped us get our air back on. I would recommend him to do the job

Our heating went out last week, so we gave a Service Experts a call.
The next day, a technician came out to look at our system.
He did a very awesome job at explaining what went wrong and what are options are. We ended up replacing the entire system, the team at Service Experts was amazing. After the initial visit to diagnose the issue, they had a team out the next day to install the new system. Fred, Faustino and Brenden did an epic job. They were very courteous and explained everything exceptionally well. The whole process was very smooth, and we are extremely happy with the new system!

Terry and Daniel M. came out today and performed a wonderful maintenance check on my A/C unit. They documented any issues and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my aging unit.
