Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

I was given a 4 hour window to expect a technician to call. Those 4 hours came and went without a phone call, text message or technician coming out to my house. It wasn’t until after those 4 hours expired that someone called and said it would be at least another 2 to 3 hours before anyone would be available. That shows a lack of communication within the company and a lack of respect toward their customers. Very dissatisfied.

The service they provide is really of a high standard. The technician came on time. His name is Daniel Brown. He was highly professional, honest, friendly. Working fast but responsibly. Will continue using this company in future.

I needed to replace my gas pack (heat & air), which was installed by Orlando Licona and crew, who were prompt, courteous, and did a great job, including cleanup and mulch around the new base. I wanted to add a UV lamp to the system, which was done by Stephen Swaney and another technician, including a place to view and verify the bulb was still working between maintenance times. Stephen patiently answered my questions about the system and took care of my concerns, and I was very happy with the work that was done. (Charlotte Hines, homeowner)

Ricky and Josh were on time, professional, and cleaned up after the service. They did not try to up sale any additional services other than what I needed. I had used service experts before and had the same great service. I highly recommend service experts.

We just had our HVAC system replaced. The entire project was done better than expected. The team was excellent! They showed up exactly on time, worked quickly & with little disruption. Very respectful & courteous, especially Faustino B.

Service Experts were extremely helpful. Daniel McElveen was our Service Technician. He explained everything thoroughly and even took a look at our thermostat. Definitely recommend these guys.

Just had a wonderful experience with Connor from service experts! Very polite right on time gave a call when he was arriving. I was even able to read his handwriting when he filled out the invoice! That is a rare thing to see in today's service industry! So glad I signed up for annual maintenance service contract. Had them put into units 4 years ago and the quality of their service has not changed one bit.

I appreciate Service Experts on the installation of my new unit. Unfortunately my unit came with a faulty thermostatic valve. No fault to them, it was a defect from the Lennox unit. They came out the very next day to diagnose the faulty valve. In return they came out again today to replace the valve checked all the pressures and the proper heating coming out of the two zones. Job well done guys. Appreciate it. Thanks.

Ricky Williams was outstanding. We had several techs come out over the last month from multiple companies trying to fix out heat. Ricky spent three hours here until he was confident he solved our problem and taught me a lot about my HVAC unit. I’d highly recommend Rock and service experts to anyone.
