Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

My carpet still had stains the carpet was saturated took 2 days too dry .The worst part they used a nozzle that wasn't working outside I told them that one wasnt working as they new it and informed me as well .They did move it rate away but it caused water damage on our laminate. I 'still agreed to pay half for this service and still no check this was done on September 4 know full reimbursement would be greatly appreciated considering they did not hold up on there end

There is absolutely no reason why this company has a 4.8 rating and the good reviews must be fake. After all, any company can afford to pay for phony reviews.

I contacted Sears Carpeting Cleaning in Raleigh over the telephone to schedule a time to have three rooms cleaned before the holidays. At the time, I was informed that the workers would arrive before noon and was never given a window of time; This would be too professional. At approximately 1 pm, I called to find out their ETA and was told that someone would call me back. By 3 pm, no one had called back and I sit around my house wasting time that could have been used to complete errands. I call the office again, and was told that the workers who had my work order were in Durham and were never scheduled to clean my carpets prior to noon. During this telephone call, I received another call and it was the workers calling to tell me that they had just arrived at a job in Durham and would not arrive at my home to clean my carpets until 5 pm.

Needless to say, I became very upset and cancelled the entire job. Sears Carpet Cleaning has to be the most unprofessional, incompetent and inefficient carpet cleaning business in the Triangle. Who is their proper frame of mind can see how to clean carpet at night? These people are a bunch of liars who care nothing about customer needs and only interested in collecting the money. The best time to clean carpet in during bright sunlight and when my family members are away from the house. After 5 pm is dinner time and dark in November.

The last time I hired these fools, they did not arrive until 6 pm and had no idea that the company would do that to me again. The rugs were clean enough, however the workers failed to move any furniture so the carpet underneath the beds and other furniture was more dirty than the traffic areas of the rooms. So lame, so lazy. But, this is what one can expect from a bunch of ex-cons.

There are too many other carpet cleaning businesses in the Triangle and I would rather pay more for better service and higher standards.

Giles G was on time and very professional. He did a thorough job and cleaned up after himself so it was as if he had never been there. I would definitely use Sears and Giles G again.

They arrived promptly and thoroughly explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. There was a question about the amount since what they had didn't match the amount I had been given on the phone. Even though they couldn't reach the person with whom I had spoken, they changed their amount to match what I had written down from my phone conversation that I showed them. I will use Sears again when I next need to have my ducts cleaned.

I highly recommend requesting Giles G. as your tech to clean your carpets. I had a great experience with him. He is knowledgeable, thorough & cares about doing a good job. Thanks Giles!

Giles provided great and efficient service. I can already tell the difference in the air quality. I was having allergies since the change of season, but now the air from the vents is not bothering me. It smells like a furnace rather than dust and who knows what else.
