Michael was fantastic! He gave me lots of information as he was installing our dishwasher, which looks great. He also untangled my spray hose and tightened my door handle just because! He was very friendly and nice to talk to. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again!

Both the plumber John and the dispatcher Were very kind. And he fixed the problem quickly. He was very nice to my kid who was curious about what he was doing. Wore a mask the whole time cleaned up after the work was done as well. I really appreciated them

I have no complaint with the work done. The person was quick, friendly, and did the job well. However, I have a problem with the pricing. They had bought out the solar company I used for my solar-assisted water heater. I assumed the pricing would be reasonable. It was twice what I expected for removing an air bubble from the line. The company told me when I questioned the bill that they told what it would cost up front. This was either disingenuous ( a lie) or an oversight by the person I spoke to. If it cost as much as they charged, I would not have used them as the solar assisted heater would not save that much money in a year.

Daymon arrived at our home at 8:15 pm on a Sunday evening. He was very thorough and professional in searching and testing for a faucet leak. He was particularly patient in answering our questions and explaining the options for repair. The repair was done to our satisfaction and ensured a restful night's sleep!

The Progressive plumber came out to the home quickly, was professional and diagnosed and repaired the issue promptly. I will definitely call them again.

I needed a new downstairs HVAC (gas-pack) system installed and chose Progressive. Got estimates from Progressive and 2 other large HVAC companies that I begrudgingly used for over 30 years. For starters, the Progressive office people were friendly and helpful. I really liked Darryl the salesman, nice guy, knowledgeable and no-nonsense. Their price was competitive too. At the time, they installed a few new systems in my neighborhood and my neighbors recommended them. Progressive was well rated online too. All things considered, it was an easy decision.

On the day of the installation, Mitch & John showed-up on time. Real professionals and friendly, they did a great job and and quality work. They also picked-up afterwards. Had to come back another day, to complete and fix a few minor things. The HVAC passed the Town Inspection on the first attempt. Based on my positive experience, I recommend Progressive.

Progressive was subcontracted by Lowe Home Improvement out of Henderson, North Carolina to install a whole house generator. Workmanship was sloppy and unprofessional. I check behind the installer to fine property damage that they didn’t own up too. While the install was in progress found gas piping leaks and load shed modules are not installed. Call install manger and he said the modules were install and his guys didn’t knock a hole in my foundation under crawl space. Inspector has call them back out again to correct install issues no one has responded other than Samantha on trying to schedule a day that I can be home and not work that day. Conduit is not straight coming out if transfer switch, foundation vent is broken and expanding foam has push out the vent, they mounted the liquid tight conduit to the generator cabinet, load shed modules are not installed, no start up has been done hopefully the modules will be install first and proper communication has been submitted to dispatcher that gas regulator has been installed. Hopefully they will contact me before they just show up as in the pass when installing back up service. Also customer service is poor with the location I can’t speak for the other locations . NEVER AGAIN this was a 5 digit job in cost .

Progressive Heating and Air has been fantastic. The estimator was responsive, the workers were on time, finished on time, did quality work. From estimate to completion, fantastic company.

Mike did a great job!! I recommend his service to anyone. Clean and professional. Awesome personality! He went above and beyond moving our large items that home depot told us were taken care of in the contract. Progressive has an awesome technician!! By the way the toilet and washer and dryer was moved for the flooring guys and hooked back up with virtually no down time. Thanks for a great customer experience!!
