I highly value communication, forthrightness, and quality of service. James demonstrated all by clearly conveying what the issues were, how he would go about resolving them, what the costs would be, and addressed all my questions before proceeding with the work. He completed the job with unquestionable professionalism and thoroughness. I appreciated the pictures that accompanied the invoice which is useful for my records. The overall job was a bit pricy for my taste and it’s likely that I could have found a provider less costly. However, the quality of work, the level of attention to detail, and the customer service surpassed any of my expectations and by far is the best plumbing service provider I’ve utilized.

Called Progressive Service Company to troubleshoot an electrical wiring issue that was affecting the furnace and outside receptacles. Danny was very professional. He was able to troubleshoot and find a loose wire in an outside receptacle that was the cause of all the problems.

They were called after 1 pm on Friday and showed up by 3:15. I was very surprised by such a quick response. Glad he was able to fix the problem so I didn’t have to run an extension cord under my house to keep the furnace working, specially with the temperature dropping.

Charges were very reasonable. Very pleased with the entire process and outcome. Would definitely use them again for any electrical issues.

Very pleased with the installation. Cleaned everything before installing and removed all fixtures and packing. Five stars for the service, but deduct one for the pricing, which was as quoted but a little higher than expected. But what isn't today. I recommend them.

My experience with John was outstanding! I am a fairly capable DIYer, but an emergency leak in the kitchen of my new home had me beat. John came out on Saturday night of a holiday weekend and made a repair I never could have done myself. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and performed the service for a very reasonable price. Five stars for Progressive and John Mayo!

John Mayo came out to our house on memorial day. We had two leaks and it was awful coming home to that. He was patient with us knowledgeable and also gave us different solutions to fix the problem.I appreciated him so much for giving us different options, but also just fixing the problem.I would recommend this company to anybody with the urgency and patience and solutions they provided us. I hope that John Mayo will be recognized for this because he was fabulous and deserves it.

My main water source completely went out to age. I called 5 companies and this one was the only one that was responsive and informative. The tech Daymon D. called me and informed me when he was on his way and of any delays upon his arrival which I appreciated. He was diligent and cleaned up the area when all the work was done. He was able to work with my home warranty company as well to get some of the repairs covered. I would highly recommend this company and this tech for anyone.

Very professional and prompt service. Only issue was the lack of transparency with the pricing. When I called and asked about pricing I was told of the $89 initial fee that was all besides the cost of the actual repair. The plumber then told me about the ~$250 diagnostic fee when he was on-site, which was not previously mentioned to me when I had asked.

Kevin called and gave us a heads up when he was on the way to our home. He was very cheerful and pleasant.. He quickly installed our new garbage disposal, made sure we understood how to use and reset. Left no mess and he took the old disposal with him.

Great experience with James and Deshaun from Progressive Services. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to fix a problem that another plumber told me was just how the water heater functioned. Costs were reasonable while their ability to find a solution was priceless. Would definitely recommend.

Not very professional or honest-called them out for an HVAC issue. Tech diagnosed an issue and said it would cost $1200-1500 to fix! I'm not a professional but diagnosis seemed off because part was in fact still working. Tech then spent a good amount of time pressuring me to sign up for their hvac maintenance program which raised more suspicions. Called another local company for a 2nd diagnosis and guess what? Simple wiring issue was fixed in 15 minutes for under $100. Called Progressive back to get a refund of my diagnostic fee- was dismissed even though their "professional" tech's diagnosis was completely off. An honest and professional company would admit their mistake and make it right.
