Great response from Progressive Plumbing today. I called them because we did not have hot water. They set up an appointment for today. Damien showed up early. He reviewed our situation with me then checked our system. What a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to explain what he was doing.
During his checking out why we didn’t have hot water he discovered that our pressure relief valve was corroded and in need of replacement. He determined that our hot water tank was working properly but our recirculating pump was not functioning properly. During his time with us he explained the options for how to repair or replace our hot water heater. He made a number of phone calls to his office to help diagnose our problem.
Progressive plumbing will be scheduling a return appointment to fix the recirculating pump but in the meantime we have hot water, and a new pressure relief valve.
Really a great first time experience with Progressive Plumbing. I will be recommending them to my friends.

We called PSC to help us out with an electrical issue related to our water heater and they were quick to send someone out to investigate. Colby arrived on time and was very courteous during his visit. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and even though he had to travel to obtain a unique part, he was back promptly and shortly after was able to resolve the issue.
During his time at our home, Colby explained everything he was doing and provided helpful maintenance information for us to keep in mind moving forward.

We bought the full HVAC unit from Progressive for $7K nearly 4 years ago. Last week, we called company because thermostat was not working which cause the AC unit to not run. The technician came, pulled thermostat off the wall and said it's not working. It took literally 2 minutes. He offered me a new one for $900. This useless 2 minute visit cost me $95. I called service tech line and the worker (Patty) was shocked at the $900 quote but later confirmed the cost was correct. My response: I knew the thermostat was not working, so what did he tell me or do that I didn't already know. There was no fixing the unit. They only confirmed that $95 is the cost to come out. Later that day, a handyman friend came to our home, reattached the thermostat that the tech pulled out to our wall and pressed "Reset". What??? The thermostat/AC unit has been working ever since. I felt that even the receptionist was annoyed with me as this was my 3rd call. The next day, the service manager called and confirmed that the company's practice is right. I stated that I felt ripped off. I was not happy that anyone can walk into your house for 2 minutes and walk away with $95. I expected something and asked 'why didn't the tech reset the thermostat'? I know now that the technician had the option to reset the thermostat, but chose NOT to. We didn't know this until a friend/handyman mounted it and reset it. So, was the goal to get $900 out of us? Amazon has the same thermostat for $375. In the end, the service mgr reimbursed me 1/2 of the bill, but the tech/service practice leaves much to be desired. I purchased the HVAC unit from Progressive for $7K, but I will not call them again. Your practice needs to be revisited. I am NOT a happy customer : (

The company sent a technician four days ago to work up a proposal to replace our air conditioning condenser and evaporator, which must be matched to a wood-fired heating furnace. We have little basis for a review yet, because the technician spent a short time, took a few notes and pictures, and told us he'd confer with experts at the company. We do not have any proposal to evaluate yet.

The serviceman did a check up of our heating systems. He noticed that we had been billed earlier this summer for something that was under warranty. He spoke to the office and I am getting a refund that I didn't even expect! It made my day. Many thanks!!

New HVAC system installed. Excellent customer services, excellent quality provided at the very reasonable price. Additional ductwork was provide for free. Ten years of parts and labor under warranty as a sign of good quality. Previous guys offered one year and came in refill refrigerant to the leaky system.

Absolutely perfect response time and service. When you have a sudden toilet issue, and you know what I mean, you need good service FAST. PSC was fast to respond and even faster to dispatch Jason to my residence to take care of the issue. He located the problem, offered several solutions to repair the issue, and didn't spend his time upselling a bunch of services we did not need. He presented solutions in a logical, easy-to-understand way that I appreciated a great deal. Good price and excellent service.

I was incredibly impressed with the timeliness, professionalism, and consideration shown by Progressive. I had my A/C system replaced, which was on its last leg but still functional.

After a rather unfortunate experience with another company, let's call them "Seven and Repair", I called Progressive and I spoke with a representative on the phone who was helpful and polite. Someone was scheduled to assess my system the following business day. Darryl arrived promptly and was appropriately communicative throughout the assessment. He collected the necessary information about my systems and emailed me two detailed proposals a few hours later, and he addressed any of my follow-up questions quickly and thoroughly. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision; Darryl gave me the info and then gave me the time to think it over. When I was ready, he got me on the schedule for a few days later. Mitch and John were the installation technicians. They were very respectful of my property, worked quickly, and they cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. After, I could not tell anyone had been there, aside, of course, from my shiny and quiet new A/C system, and one that can actually heat and cool my home efficiently.
