Tremayne Moses was my rep from progressive, and I can honestly say he was the best HVAC specialist I have ever worked with. He took a malfunctioning 9 month old unit that never worked right from install onward (installed by another company) and in one afternoon he got it working perfectly. Progressive has been my go to folk for four years. I had a very professional young man named Justin repair my leaky faucets on two bathroom sinks. Even when I observe a simple repair, I am more inclined to look beyond the price when I see someone doing the job with such skill and attention to detail. Justin had cleaning supplies and cleaned up the sink area after his work was completed. Now that's a service person I admire and a company I can appaud for exceptional hiring practices.

I recently had a main line blockage to the sewer and Progressive helped fix it. Ethan and John were the techs that came out and they were top notch, I have more work to do in the future and plan on calling Progressive back to do the work. I felt they were patient and honest and gave me options and helped a bad situation get under control.

Awful from start to finish! A barely qualified man came to our home as we needed a second opinion for a warranty claim on our air conditioning. He had no idea what the problem was…we had to tell him! When it was time to pay, he swiped my card and left. Less than 30 days later I start getting calls from a person in collections and emailed invoices, for a debit I didn’t even know we had because after all, the tech had swiped my card at my home! I told her I want to know what he did with my card number and that is how we left it. Suddenly I’m getting called again and getting emailed another invoice. Guess I’ll never know what that incompetent man did with my credit card but I went ahead and paid the invoice AGAIN. Horrible company that I would recommend to anyone.

Progressive installed a new HVAC system for me. I got quotes from multiple companies and theirs offered the most value for the cost. I’m glad I went with Progressive because they did an excellent job and were professional, fast, and clean. I would highly recommend them to other people needing HVAC repairs or replacements.

I called around places to get prices on getting our tankless water heater flushed. Progressive had the best price and best reviews.
The tech was early. Which worked out. He was at my home before I got there.
The tech was very friendly. And explained what he was going to do in detail. I like good communication.
He was almost finished, and I went by to see how things were going. Again, in detail he explained what was going on. And how I needed to have this procedure done more often than I do!
He came in my home, making sure to put on those shoe covers. We tested the hot water successfully. I paid and he left.
By by the way, the tech wore a mask anytime I was around.
I highly recommend this company, just like the other reviews I’ve read!

This business has habitually charged us way more than we expected or was quoted to us. The first time they did this I contacted them to ask for an itemized invoice to explain a difference of hundreds of dollars from our estimate. I was told it was their policy not to provide itemized invoices. I explained my own policy of not paying non itemized invoices. The gentleman to whom i was speaking alleged I was "killing him" at that point. That said, he did provide it and while we disagree over what constitutes "new material" (they reused our piping and charged us for new) we paid it.
More recently we needed repair on a thermostat for our floor heaters. The technician was at our house just over an hour, did not fix the problem, could not identify the problem, and mentioned several times he did not have the diagnostic tool to troubleshoot the issue. For that failure we were charged over three hundred dollars. I contacted the office to dispute this charge and they reduced the tech charge to only one hour. Still over two hundred dollars to watch a guy shrug for an hour, but they agreed to send a new invoice. Which they never did, but they certainly had their collections department hassle me for the new amount they never invoiced.
We only called Progressive because we gave up finding someone closer. Next time I'll take a plumbing course. It'll cost less and take less time.
