These guys were totally professional as well as awesome! I felt bad for them because of the extreme heat in the attic but they handled it like true tramps, and of course I gave them cold water. Another satisfied customer!

They were able to send someone out on the same day I called and deal with a leak in an old irrigation system (that was preventing my house from having water as well). John Mayo gave me options on how he could repair the leak, explained everything he did to fix the problem, and was able to quickly repair my leak. Very friendly and professional. The price was excellent as well. I would definitely call Progressive Service Company again for any plumbing issue.

I had 2 new Lennar hvac units installed by going through Costco services. Progressive was chosen to do the install and from the minute I was contacted my John…I knew I had the “right guy” for the job. He was knowledgeable, honest, and just down right a good guy. Without a doubt the best experience working from the initial request to final product delivery. The installers were careful to be tidy when moving around the house and then took the time to explain all the details of my new system and setting up my NEST systems.

My technician Chris was AWESOME. He was able to install 3 toilets quickly & gave me tips on how to maintain the new toilets so they last! Unfortunately the ladies who answer the phone and coordinate schedules for appointments are absolutely awful. Dealing with Allie, Cameron and Chanel was the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. They are incredibly rude and inconsiderate of their customers. After they cancelled my first appointment I had to call back SIX times before they got back to me to coordinate a new installation. When I would speak on the phone with them they were condescending and unprofessional, it is clear they have zero customer service training. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Save yourself the time & stress and call anyone else for your plumbing needs!!

Progressive is good about providing same day service and this is very important for my tenants. My properties are old and some of the systems are complicated by decades of DIY repairs. It took me about 5 years of various plumbers to find Progressive and John Mayo. If my problem requires problem-solving and years of experience, I ask for John Mayo, even if I have to wait to get on his schedule, because he WILL track down any water-related problem and fix it. And, he is patient with all of my questions. When he finishes a job, I understand what went wrong, how it was fixed, and what I might want to think about for the future.

Progressive Service Company installed our new gas range and they did an excellent job. Emily was prompt in contacting me to schedule a time and they were very flexible. The morning of the install I was contacted by the install team and they informed me that they were going to inspect the new range at Lowes and would call me if there were any issues. There were no issues. They installed the new range and took away the old one. They also turned on the new range to burn off factory oils and then gave us a tip to not cook our favorite meals until after we had backed some bread to absorb the remaining residue and not give our meals a strange taste. A great tip that I would not have thought of.

I purchased a new Lenox heat pack. Process was very easy and very quick. The two guys that installed it, Lysander Perez and Brian Perez were fantastic. I had my other level system put in 8 years ago and still running great. The salesman, Scottie was also great. Very knowledgeable. Not pushy. Jade, who handled the scheduling and payment was great as well.

Progressive did an entire HVAC installation in my home. They replaced both AC units and Furnaces as well as all the control boards and thermostats. If there is one thing to know about an HVAC installation is that the installer is more important than the brand of the HVAC system. I can say that this is the reason I chose Progressive. The installation quote was from Costco thru Progressive. John Woodell is an outstanding project manager. He is a matter of fact type of guy that does what he says. He understood our needs and worked to provide us with the best value HVAC system for our house. He gladly worked several quotations for us. He was always available to answer questions and follow up on any commitments he made. John’s professionalism is why I chose Progressive.

An HVAC system replacement for my size of house is complex. William Harp was the installation manager on this project, and he is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and ensured that the crew worked thru some installation complexities we encountered. William is a consummate professional and you want a guy like him to manage the installation. Again, the installer is as (if not more) important than the system itself. William and John are why I would recommend Progressive for HVAC installations.
