Had a great experience with this company when my heater went out. Rob came out the same day and fixed it. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and I would definitely use them again.

Their seasonal maintenance checks are the most thorough I ever have had. Their communication, through emails, is terrific. I like that they will explain to me my options when I have a problem, but I never feel any kind of hard sell - just giving me the information to make a decision myself. Excellent company!

My retired parents moved to NC 2 years ago from Fl to be closer to family. Needless to say they do not like the cold weather. When their heat stopped working the other evening I called 3 hvac companies that told me the earliest they could be there was the next morning. The 4th one I called was AirPro. When Rob answered I told him the situation and he was at my parents within the hour. Shortly after arriving my parents heat was working. Rob was polite, knowledgeable and professional. AirPro will be my first call when having hvac issues in the future.My parents and I would highly recommend AirPro.

My heater was progressively having issues, so I called AirPro Carolina with hopes of getting in before the extreme cold anticipated this coming weekend. Imagine my delight when I was able to make an appt. THE SAME DAY! They saved me from another chilly night in my house by responding promptly, arriving on time, and accurately diagnosing the problem. As I sit here in my warm house, I needed to complete this review out of sheer gratitude!

Very fast service even on Saturday. Very nice and smart Staff and very helpful on how to continue to maintain ac system. Highly recommend for anyone who needs help with AC. Ron is the best very professional and quick. Had ac fixed quickly and affordably!

Called because our AC wasn't working upstairs. Yikes! Called a few companies and they responded in minutes. Came out and did a thorough inspection and fixed a problem that three other HVAC companies overlooked over the last 7 years. After this experience, I won't use anyone else.
