My air conditioning was not cooling my home. I called ARS heating and air conditioning. Their repair technician came out to my home and told me the problem was an evaporating coil and the cost would be $3,000 to repair it. He advised me that a new unit would be more cost effective than fixing my unit. My unit is only 9 years old. I asked shouldn't this repair be covered by the manufacturer warranty. The technician told me that sometimes units just sit in a warehouse for a year or two so this time is also calculated into the life span of the unit. I was not satisfied with this and decided to try another company. That's when I found A/S Eco Air Services and I'm glad I did!! They scheduled an appointment with me to check the unit. They were prompt and very polite. They diagnosed the unit and told me that the evaporater coil was in perfect condition. The unit only needed cleaning and freon added. I couldn't believe that ARS or their employees could be this dishonest and try to charge me for something I didn't need. A/S Eco Air Services is now my go to company for all my HVAC needs! They have proven themselves to be trust worthy, dependable and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning or heating services!

Thank goodness for Eco Air. Our service technician, Akram, was so very communicative about his arrival and he was very quick. He had all the parts necessary to fix our unit and he explained his process as he fixed it. Eco Air has responded to service requests quickly in the past and after each visit things work as they should. I would definitely use Eco Air again and am happy to refer Akram for hvac maintenance and repair.
