It was such a delight working with Akram, he was able to identify the issue quickly and ordered the part and took time to install it on Sunday. Basically he owned the task. Thank you Akram, you made my life easy.
It is really bad on Lennox that they are making such low quality products as this original system is just four years old.

I had a pleasant experience using A/S Eco Air Services. They offered good communication and advice. Although I wasn't prepared for a system replacement, I appreciate the professionalism of their work.

We arrived back from a week long trip to a 90 degree home. After notifying the management company we immediately received a call from the HVAC company. He arrived within twenty minutes of our conversation (on the Saturday evening of a holiday weekend) and quickly diagnosed the issue. Fortunately he had what he needed with him and the house started it's multi hour cool off period. By sunrise the temperature was normal. He also asked us to send him the temperature at 10:00 the first night to make sure things were progressing. He called again the next day to confirm everything was OK. He practices customer service well. Bravo!
