I do not complete reviews online often, but I had such a great experience, that I had to leave a review. Earlier this year my heat was not working. I called and received an immediate response. The arrival was prompt and on time. The level of professionalism was phenomenal. He took great care to discuss the matter with me to ensure I understood the issue and the repair that was required. He was both professional and personable. I am so appreciative of all the assistance and the work was fantastic!! I would recommend highly that everyone utilize A/S Eco Air Services! Thank you so much for the great job and for caring about what you do and how it is done!!

Finally! My home warranty sent someone who knows what they're doing! Akram was professional, responsive, kind and most importantly, smart! He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed what others could not.

My house furnace was not working properly and with the winter temperatures coming I needed someone FAST! Akram came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and even explained step by step what he needed to do to get it working properly. He had to order one of the parts and said it could take a few days because of the shipping issues that are affecting everyone right now. I was surprised when he called the next day and said he has the part and he can come right away to get my system running. Once he arrived he quickly got my system running and he even identified an additional part that was working but close to failure. I decided to have him replace that and he gave me an awesome rate for the entire service! I have him locked in my phone and A/S Eco is the only company I will call in the future for routine maintenance or unforseen issues on my HVAC system. If I could give 10 starts I would! Call them and you will not be disappointed!!

Akram did great job on installing new unit and maintenance on other units. He is very friendly and offered me reasonable price as compare with others. I like his professionalism on installation and he is very patient on explaining every question what I have asked him during installation. He is trustworthy on either installation and maintenance. I would highly recommend him.

I don't know whether I am the only unlucky one with this company. I had a rental property that AC stopped working on the top floor. I made the call Sunday morning and got an availability that morning--that's probably the only positive part. The AC guy arrived on time, and immediately told me AC condenser needed clean. Freon needed recharge. Was about 3xx. I was skeptical but agreed the fix on my way to the property. When I arrived, it was done, but the problem was still there. Then he tried to show me there was some leaking on the evaporator. I asked whether he could visually see the leaking, then at the end he said there was some rusty stain on the pipes. I had the AC serviced before due to a different problem that's where those stain came from. At the end he finally found out it was a bad thermostat on the top floor--which he wanted to charge anther 200 bucks. I said NO. He kept saying no extra change for the weekend service call, but the service was about 8xx dollors (100 condenser cleaning with garden hose--okay I am paying for my laziness, 190 per lb R410A freon--is this a fair price?? 79 for finally identified the problem). I did not see any sign of using a scale to weigh--maybe he had a simple formula by just checking the pressure?? I have worked with multiple AC technicians before but this was the first time how one estimated Freon amount. At the end of the day I installed a new thermostat myself and it worked fine. Did I get ripped off, is this just inflation--I don't know. I hope this can help you when making service calls.
Now here is the issue. My tenant said the AC stopped working again. Despite I was told that I can call them again, I chose not, as I don't know whether I will be charged for another crazy amount again.

Akram recently helped on short notice with a maintenance issue at my rental property. After the great and timely service at this property, I asked for his help with a couple of items that came up on the inspection report as I was selling another house. He again responded quickly and thoroughly addressed the items. The price for both jobs was reasonable and we would definitely use his service again.

My evaporator coil had rusted terribly and began leaking loads of water into my home. After an initial consultation from another company I was told that I’d have to wait almost a week without A/C. I called A/S Eco Air services on a referral from a good friend and was not disappointed! Akram was friendly and quick to respond. He came to my home within an hour to assess the system and committed to the 4+ hour job the same day. To my surprise he came back in a few hours with help! They completed the job in half the time; saving my family a miserable weekend. The work was done professionally and the guys were both extremely helpful. They were straightforward and informative to my questions and their prices were reasonable. These guys are honest and hardworking. I highly recommend A/S for your HVAC needs.

Couldn’t be more impressed and grateful to Akram. He responded to my request for a service call at 4pm and came out same day…unheard of for most contractors. Diagnosed the problem and replaced capacitor in less than an hour. Truly wonderful service.
