A/S Eco Air Services did an excellent job with replacing my air conditioner. They were very professional and explained step by step everything that was going on with my unit. They came out as promised on a holiday and the team worked very hard to get my unit installed in a timely manner. Akraim explained to me in detail about my new unit and did a walk through to show me what the team did and what I needed to do to ensure I get the best use out of my unit! Would definitely recommend and am very pleased with their services!

I received a recommendation to use A/S Eco Air Services from my neighbors, who have lived in Durham for many decades and seem to know everyone. They had used A/S to replace their HVAC system in 2022, and were very impressed by the owner's prompt response, kind demeanor, and reasonable prices. Almost a year later, my HVAC started to show its age. I contacted owner, Akram, who was able to call me back that same day. Surprisingly, he was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule just a few days later. He spent quite a bit of time looking at the system, ductwork, and thermostats, and investigating whether he could restore it back to working condition. I was already prepared to consider buying a new replacement, which ended up being the case. I was very impressed with the fair offer Akram proposed and was even more surprised to find out how fast he would be able to install the new HVAC. About 1 week later, I had a team of 3 friendly workmen and Akram arrive promptly, take down the old unit, and install the new one. The entire process took 4-5 hours, and was much quieter and less disruptive than I had imagined. Would I recommend Akram to others needing work done on their HVAC? Unquestionably, yes.

Akram was very professional. He took the time to explain how my system works and provided helpful tips for maintaining it. My appointment was originally scheduled for next week; however, he had an opening in his schedule and called to see if he could come sooner. Akram runs an efficient business,
He knows what he is doing, both new machines and my very old ones! His pricing was very fair and I was impressed by his amount of knowledge. He was also very responsive to text messaging and kept in contact with me while he ordered a part and let me know when he was on the way and showed up exactly when he said he would. That is very rare these days.I will definitely call him back when I need help again!

I worked with the owner, Akram, who was very personable and professional. I could tell he was immensely busy during this hot summer period, but always felt like he was responsive to my calls and texts, and understood where I was coming from when my HVAC broke down. He offers great customer service and I genuinely felt like he made me and my family a high priority in his schedule. He was able to replace my old compressor and change out the coils in my garage, and now everything works great. He comes highly recommended and I would use him again.
