Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

This review is long overdue. I cannot say enough good things about this company. In July, in the middle of easily the hottest weeks, my air conditioner kept going out. With three black dogs, asthma and three fans I thought I was going to lose my mind. My warranty ac company instructed me by phone in my attic and never returned calls timely. I called another company and no call back. I don't know if it was by luck but I called absolute comfort. Shawn i believe his name was, showed up quickly and he walked me through options, and I decided to replace my unit. He sent Alex by to set me up. I waited that weekend and they were out that Tuesday. Easily the hottest day, two of them installed a new ac system and nest thermostats. When i got home it was finally cool! The guys were drenched but smiling and polite. Even gave my dogs some loving. Honestly I didn't hesitate leaving them in my home. They are trustworthy, honest, and hardworking. They really do care! This was an expensive choice to make but they made me feel good about my decision and confident if there is ever a problem, to call them!!

Absolute Comfort gets five stars from this happy customer. They installed a new HVAC unit quickly and efficiently, even handling it while we were out of town. I have found the whole team to be trustworthy and helpful and I highly recommend them.

Absolute does good work, but for me it was the follow up and lack of willingness to help move my units to a normal spot that I felt my experience wasn’t as good as others have had. I moved two units from back of my house to side of my house. They put one unit literally under my living room window for some odd reason so now it’s hard to watch tv and every time it goes on it reminds me how disappointed I am that it’s there. All they had to do was come back and move a unit 4ft to the left and this post is 5 stars. To blame it on the slope etc is an excuse. Again they are nice people and seem to care and do good work it was just my experience after work was complete that left me feeling pretty disappointed.
