Ryan drove 1.5 hours to service my air condition unit in Clemmons, NC. He was extremely professional and very courteous. Completed the job very quickly. Highly recommend him and would use again.

My heating unit seized up. When I called, Harkey promptly sent someone out to diagnose the issue and order the necessary part. The part arrived on Christmas Eve. Ryan came right out ON CHRISTMAS EVE and installed the part with no issues and had our heat humming in time for one of the coldest nights of the year. Thank you Harkey!

They did an excellent job... Very honest... The workers we're very polite and know what they're doing. They fixed my heat and only replaced the parts that were necessary and they are very honest and the bill was less than I thought it would be. I'm very happy and would recommend them to everyone.

Update: I have used these guys 3 times for all separate issues. They are reliable, fast and honest. I wouldn't use anyone else. When you call at 5:45 pm and a tech is there at 6:15, that is service. Came back in the morning when the warehouse had the part and issue was resolved by 8 AM. the next morning.

My moms ac went out and we had an electrical problem as well. He fixed both problems and got my mom taken care of in couple hours. Won't use anyone else he is the best with getting stuff done ,professional, and gets the job done right. Asap. Best service around. Hands down.

I called Harkey HVAC first thing this morning because there was no cold air blowing. I had a tech at the house by lunch and cold air by 4 pm. Id highly recommend Harkey. Nothing like hometown service.
