I called Harkey Heating and Air this cold morning saying my heat pump was not blowing air. Ryan has worked on my heat pump before. Within an hour his Tech was at my house. He did his inspection and explained to me what was going on. He went after parts came back and now I have heat. He was polite and efficient. Ryan Harkey - Harkey Heating and Air will always have my business. I would recommend him to anyone needing service.

We had Harkey out to move our outside air handler unit and they did just a fantastic job. They arrived on time, moved the unit and did a great making sure the wires are run cleanly. We were so happy that we are going to proceed with using them for our seasonal maintenance next year as well.

I had ordered a mini split air conditioner and was having trouble getting someone to install it. I was lucky to find Ryan Harkey thru a friend, I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Woke up to no heat, found this company online and I called. They squeezed me in and also sent a text with a link to like a service order page with everything we discussed which was impressive. I got a text when the tech, AJ, was on his way. Turns out the new thermostat I recently had installed was faulty. The tech had one in his van, the only unpleasant part of this experience was the price of the new thermostat. Much higher than I would have wanted to pay but I was cold and I was nervous to have another one that I purchase on my own fail. There was no pressure to buy any from him but I just wanted it done and done correctly. AJ was very professional, explained everything and also gave me prices before I committed. I was so impressed that I asked for more info about their maintenance plans. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing!
I called with a broken heating unit and it was of course on the coldest day not to mention the 14mph winds.
AJ came out right away and fixed our heating within an hour!!!

The Harkey team responded quickly to my request for an estimate for 2 air conditioners and furnances. The estimate was reasonable and they didn't push for the sale. The technician was NATE certified, polite, efficient and performed a quality job. The office administrator was very helpful and polite.
